Last night was my Dog Therapy Class at the Polaris Fashion Mall. What an exciting night it was. Do you remember the first time you took an ride on an elevator? I will not forget mine now. I was apprehensive, scare, but yet accelerated. WOW! When that elevator door closed my partner hugged me and talked to me. It was great. I love elevators for several reasons, but the best reason I don't have to walk up stairs.
That takes me to my low part of the evening. Who ever thought of putting a set of winding, open rail, slick marble step in a place where their are elevators. That person was not thinking of us with paws that slip and slid on marble.
Thanks to all my friends that came out to see us. It was fun playing with the humans and especially the human children. I got many photos, but the best was a hug from a 4 year old little boy. That little boy knew what a great hug was: GREAT HUG!
Next Monday, February 5, my class and I will be at the Polaris Fashion Mall at 7:00 PM, so if you would like to see us please come down.
Also mark your calendars, February 17, 18 and February 22, 23, 24 and 25th I will be doing a personal appearance with Maggie, Jeff, mommy and daddy in the Autmow booth, at the Expo Center, for the Dispatch Home and Garden Show. Maggie is my 2 year old robot lawn mower that I just love and my best friend Jeff is the owner of Autmow. Come down and see us!
Daddy and I had a great night in the ring: I stayed awake the whole hour of training. That meant I did not have to be awaken because I snore too loud and disturb the class. On Tuesday January 30th my class and I will be at the Polaris Fashion Mall in the area of Saks Fifth Avenue around 7:00 PM. Come down and say Hi.
Today was Lucy and my day off, so we finished hanging our Laundry and my sister and I our kicking back and chilling. Hope to see you at the Mall.
The Journey started for Einstein 5 years ago on December 7th. He was born in Johnstown, Ohio to a Newfoundland Breeder. 5 month later he left his mom and dad and moved into our home to be a companion to our 2 year old Chocolate Newfoundland, Ms. Nellie.
Einstein was a very ornery young Landseer Newfoundland and he got into everything. Thanks to the great mothering skills of Ms Nellie; she did most of the housebreaking and training. Ms Nellie passed away Christmas Eve 2016 and Einstein and us were heartbroken. On December 27th Einstein and us went to the breeders home and Einstein picked out his baby sister (I swear at times he is trying to trade her in for a less active puppy) Lucy, another Landseer Newfoundland. Lucy and Einstein are related, half brother and sister by the same father.
Einstein lives with my wife and me on a small farm in Sunbury Ohio and he loves everyone. He has had a personal trainer, Jennifer Whitaker, for 7 weeks on obedience (really he knew obedience, but I had to learn the training not to make us look stupid). We then had a 7 week group obedience class with Angie In Columbus Ohio. After graduating from Angie classes Einstein is in a Dog Therapy Class to receive his Dog International Therapy License and his Canine Good Citizen certificate.
Einstein loves everyone and he is friends with our two Autmow robots, Gordon and Maggie, as well as adults and especially children. Every morning and night Einstein runs to the corner of our property where the school buses stop and greets all the little children. Einstein visits Tanger Outlets Columbus Mall, Cabela's, Field and Stream and LL Bean and his record for selfies in one day was 37 selfies. In two weeks, if the weather permits, Einstein will be at the Polaris Fashion Mall training, greeting people and earning his degree.
Einstein has many more personal appearance coming up so please check back with us on another day for updates.
